TL and TLM series tubing made of high purity fluoropolymer is available in metric and imperial sizes as standard. The fluoropolymer tubing has excellent corrosion resistance and is compatible with chemicals such as acids, bases, and ultrapure water.
The LVD series is a space-saving, compact, high-purity valve that was developed for harsh environmental conditions. The valve is suitable for handling acids, bases and ultrapure water. The LVD series is equipped with PFA housing material and integrated LQ3 fittings.
The LVQ valve is a high-purity media valve for chemicals with a non-metallic outer surface. Several connection types are possible (LQ1 insert type, LQ3 flare type, space-saving, tube connection).
The LVN valves, specially designed to prevent bubble formation when using light liquids, are made of a new lightweight PFA material that is compatible with acids, bases and ultrapure water. These needle valves, can regulate flow rates between 0 and 12 l/min. By using the LQ2 fittings as connections, which are characterized by the unique 4-fold seal, the following outstanding performance characteristics of the LVN valves are achieved: minimum leakage, lowest residual liquid, high bending strength at the connections.
SMC’s high-purity LVR Series fluid regulator offers superior performance in both pulsation damping and adjustable liquid flow control.
The LVR series is designed for operating temperatures of 100 ° C and thus fulfills many of today’s demanding requirements.

SMC offers a variety of digital flow sensors, including the PF2D for deionized water and chemicals. The flow rate can be set and monitored with a digital display. Built-in and remote type indicators are available for different types of applications. The PF2D is designed as a waterproof sensor with IP65 protection. Switching from real time flow measurement to accumulated flow measurement is possible.

The version with an integrated changeover valve enables simple operation. Switch on compressed air at the supply connection and the pump starts to work. The delivery rate can be adjusted by varying the supply pressure in the range from 1 to 63 l / min.
The design with an external changeover valve can be operated at different frequencies and delivers capacities from 0.5 to 50 l / min.
In general, the pumps are characterized by a long service life and high operational reliability. Even when running dry, the pump is not damaged.
If the pulsations that occur due to the design of the pump are undesirable in your process, the PAX series already offers an integrated pulsation damper to reduce pressure fluctuations.
